Remote Support with Webex

In the course of Covid-19 and increasing teleworking, there is also an increased need for remote support (remote maintenance) solutions. The TU Braunschweig has a suitable tool for this within the Webex Suite: Webex Remote Support.

Securely access your computer’s desktop, files and applications remotely and solve problems without having to be on site. Communicate comfortably during the session via the integrated Voice over IP telephony.
