Home » General » FID goes Live: Better Research Data Management in Pharmacy

Research data and the management of these data gets more and more important. The NFDI4Chem (national research data infrastructure for chemistry) supports scientist with the new challenges. As participant in NFDI4Chem, the FID Pharmazie has two main tasks. One is to spread the developments of the NFDI4Chem into the pharmaceutical community, promote FAIR research data management (RDM) and help with the implementation of new tools. The other is to bring the needs of the community into NFDI4Chem and thus to ensure that future developments (e.g. new tools for electronic lab notebooks) are done together with the community.

Therefore, we would like to invite you to an interactive live stream on Friday 17/02/2023. From 10:30 am to 4 pm you can watch our colleague Benjamin Golub working on overviews of useful RDM tools for the pharmaceutical community. He will discuss RDM in general, electronic lab notebooks, repositories and much more, as well as answer all questions you might have. So feel free to join him at any time, to listen or actively chat with him about research data management in pharmaceutical chemistry. The bilingual (Ger/Eng) stream will be live on Twitch:

Friday 17/02/2023, 10:30 am  – 4 pm

Furthermore, we want to inform you about the “Data in Chemistry” survey of the NFDI4Chem. You can find more information here:

We thank you in advance for the participation in the survey and looking forward to chatting with you on Friday 17/02/2023.
