Indo-German Automotive Life Cycle Engineering (InGA LCE)

In the context of the renewed research call „New Passage to India“ from the DAAD the project “Indo-German Automotive Life Cycle Engineering” has been launched in 2012. The project aims to strengthen the intercultural competences of its Indian and German participants in the context of Automotive Life Cycle Engineering and will last for two years. The main target is to offer students from both countries the opportunity to stay and work in the respective other country on topics like Life Cycle Assessment of vehicle concepts, assessment of differences of recycling options in Germany and India as well as automobile product concepts for the Indian market and market-specific vehicle variants in Germany and India. In addition to that, researchers from both countries are enabled to visit the respective other country to conduct their research work.
